Design Notes

We get ERG10 from Saccharomyces cerevisiae through PCR.

Considering there are two restriction enzyme sites(777 PstI and 958 EcoRI), we made a gene mutation by fusion PCR.

777 PstI: CTGCAG –〉CCGCAG

958 EcoRI: GAATTC -〉GAGTTC
